A farmer by roots and a businessman by spirit, Mr. Venkatnarayana is the guiding force behind SVNTEX. His life journey reflects perseverance, simplicity, and dedication to community growth. As the Chairman, he continues to inspire the company with his values of honesty, sustainability, and hard work.

Mr. Kanuku Nithin
Mr. Nithin is not only the Co-Founder and CEO of SVNTEX but also its visionary plan designer. As a student, he experienced the same struggles faced by many young people—unemployment, financial challenges, and the uncertainty of building a career.

Instead of giving up, he turned these struggles into motivation. With determination and sleepless nights, he worked to design a business model that could become a powerful employment hub, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to earn, sustain themselves, and live a happier life.

Mr. Nithin’s journey was not easy—he faced countless difficulties while building SVNTEX—but his dream was clear: to create a company where ordinary people can achieve extraordinary financial independence.
