3. Orders & Payments

Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or redirected after processing.
Payments must be made only through approved payment gateways.
Fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to authorities.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by location, courier performance, and operational factors.
Delays caused by couriers, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of SVNTEX.
Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
5. Return & Refund Policy Summary
All returns and refunds must follow the official Return & Refund Policy.
Key points:
• No returns after delivery unless a defect, damage, or missing item is verified.
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Customer Reward Points & Wallet Credits

Wallet credits are not real money.

SVNTEX reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program.
7. Affiliate Program Terms (Real Money Earnings)
The SVNTEX Affiliate Program is a sales-based earning model; it is not MLM or chain income.
Affiliates earn real money ONLY when they generate product sales.
No commissions are paid for:
• Recruitment of new affiliates
• Joining fees
• Referral of individuals
• Team building or levels
Affiliate Service Fee (₹1499):
This fee is not a joining fee. It is legally defined as a Digital Service Fee that provides:
• Dashboard access
• Sales tools
• Training resources
• Analytics
• Marketing materials
• Platform support
Annual Renewal Fee (₹99):
This fee covers:
• Dashboard access renewal
• Software maintenance
• Updated training materials
• Technical support
Affiliates must comply with platform rules. Fraud, misuse of tools, fake orders, or misrepresentation will result in termination.
8. Difference Between Customers & Affiliates
Customers are not automatically affiliates.
Customers receive only wallet credits (non-withdrawable).
Affiliates earn real money based solely on product sales.
Affiliates may refer customers or affiliates, but no income is given for recruitment.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Create duplicate or fake accounts
• Misuse wallet credits, referral programs, or promotions
• Misrepresent SVNTEX products or earning opportunities
• Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or data extraction
• Submit false claims without proper evidence
Violations may result in permanent account suspension.
10. Limitation of Liability
SVNTEX is not responsible for:
• Courier delays
• Wrong address submitted by customers
• Missing or damaged product claims without valid video proof
• Losses caused by misuse of wallet credits or affiliate tools
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
SVNTEX’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the disputed order.
11. Privacy Policy
SVNTEX collects and processes customer information only for:
• Order processing
• Shipment and delivery
• Account management
• Support communication
• Platform analytics
SVNTEX does not sell or share customer information with unauthorized parties.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
SVNTEX may suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations
• Misuse of affiliate tools
• Misuse of wallet system
• Illegal activity
All decisions by SVNTEX management are final.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed under Indian law.
Legal jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Nalgonda District, Telangana.
14. Policy Modification Clause
SVNTEX reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
