SVNTEX – Return and Refund Policy

 

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable within India.

 

Thank you for choosing to shop at SVNTEX. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for initiating a return.

 

1. Return Request Period

If you wish to make a return or raise a complaint, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any requests received after this period may not be accepted.

 

2. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product:

- Provide a full unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

- Email the video to svntexwholesale@gmail.com only.

- Clearly type your issue in the email.

- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Complaints without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

 

3. Missing Items

If any item is missing:

- Provide a full unboxing video showing what you received.

- Email the video + details within 48 hours.

If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

 

4. Wrong Product Received (SVNTEX Error)

If a wrong product is received, email the unboxing video + explanation within 48 hours. Replacement will be arranged.

 

5. Wrong Product Ordered by Customer

Exchange allowed. Customer must pay return + replacement shipping charges.

 

6. Custom-Printed Products

a. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.

b. Undeliverable shipments cannot be returned or refunded.

 

7. Courier Delays

Courier delays do not qualify for refunds. Contact us if tracking shows no updates for 15 days.

 

8. Exceptions

SVNTEX cannot assume responsibility for complaints after 48 hours, missing unboxing videos, or complaints not emailed.

 

9. Refund Eligibility

Refunds issued only for confirmed damaged or missing items.

 

10. Original Condition

Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

 

11. Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless SVNTEX is at fault.

 

12. Rejection / Denial of Parcel Policy

If a customer rejects/denies delivery:

- 2× shipping charges deducted.

- Weight-based delivery charges deducted even if free delivery was shown.

- 10% packing charge deducted.

 

13. Refund Process

Refund processed within 7 days after approval and inspection.

 

14. Product Not as Expected

Must be reported within 24–48 hours with unboxing video.
