• Maximum delivery time: 7 days.

• Courier delays may extend delivery by 0–2 days.

 

3. Delivery Availability

• Delivery is available only to serviceable pin codes supported by our courier partners.

• Customers must use the “Check Delivery” option on the product page to verify availability.

• SVNTEX is not responsible for delivery failures in non-serviceable locations.

 

4. Shipment Status Updates

Order Placed: Your order is successfully placed and awaiting processing.

Processing: Stock is verified and items are prepared for packing.

Ready to Ship: Your order is packed and awaiting courier pickup.

Dispatched: Your package is handed to the courier. Tracking details will follow.

Out for Delivery: The order is with the delivery agent and will reach shortly.

Delivered: The order has been delivered successfully.

 

5. Processing & Working Days

• Shipping days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

7. Partial Shipments

• Orders may ship in multiple packages based on product availability or packaging needs.

• All shipments include tax-compliant invoices.

 

8. Delays & Courier Responsibility

• SVNTEX is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, natural events, or operational disruptions.

• Responsibility transfers to the courier once the order is handed over.

 

9. Incorrect Address or Customer Unavailability

• SVNTEX is not liable for failures caused by incorrect addresses, wrong contact details, or customer unavailability.

• Redelivery or return charges may apply.
